First i would like to say that i was very impressed with the professionalism of the staffing starting with the front desk all the way to the the room service. I was fortunate to have this two very hardworking ladies chayanisa and Baitong they went out of their way to make sure that nothing was missing and that my room was perfectly clean. With that being said i will definitely will recommend this hotel. Great area to relax and have a great time with yourself or family.

Housekeeping needs to be improved. We were a couple and one child and had to ask several times for a third set of towels, we had Kleenex in bathroom only the first two days only as well as toilets paper.

We stayed 9 nights & everything was perfect, staff friendly & helpful, room exceptionally clean, breakfast full buffet wide variety plus even given if needed a takeaway paper bag to take breakfast food away. Location is right where you want it to everything. This hotel is a hidden jewel😃 Will definitely be staying here again & recommend for family & anyone it’s a must stay at hotel 10/10

Breakfast was not that good as expected. While booking it was not indicated that kid breakfast is not included in the package. They charged additionally for kid breakfast. Houseflies flying at breakfast place.
