Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort

Fantastic family holiday.....great hotel and staff.

Our family started vomiting a few times and having diarrhoea after having the hotel’s buffet breakfast in our first night of stay. We didn’t really enjoy our stay as we were totally exhausted due to the unclean food. Although the buffet food were enclosed on each tray in the open restaurant, we saw birds flew by and feeding on the buffet’s tongs & spoons. It is really unhygienic when these tongs and spoons are used by many customer who aren’t aware that the birds actually came by. We have been compensated with just a $10 waiver on our medication for food poisoning. Will never stay in this hotel again.

Amazing location with not just a private secluded beach of its own with no others, but the property is on the beach (so no walking downhills or long access points to get to beach). Our grand suite for a family of 4 was 3000 sq ft - extremely attractively designed and was again right on the beachfront. The restaurants and bars on the property are awesome so you don’t have to go hunting for food for the family looking for good places or deals. The hospitality was truly amazing. All in all this quickly became of our best family vacations. We will go back here again for sure!

Amazing resort that caters equally well to family as well as couples (we a couple in 30s). Facilities, staff and food all amazing, topped off by a private beach that is best in Phuket. Sea view terrace room fantastic and worth the extra $. Will definitely be back, soon!

This was my first time in Phuket, and I spent a lot of time researching hotels. So glad I went with my first choice being Le Meridian because it was perfect. Safe and quiet area, easy to take taxis to popular areas like patong for a reasonable rate, and also had a convenient store and massage places down the street. The hotel is slightly dated but extremely clean with great service! Huge pools, both family friendly and for adults (there’s a massive lap pool on one side). The breakfast buffet was included and delicious. My favorite part was the private beach-SO CLEAN! I’m a huge beach person and was so grateful to have a gorgeous beach right there on site. Especially after seeing how polluted patong beach was. I would definitely stay here again! Can’t wait to go back

Stunning, exceeded all my expectations. The fact that you have your own private beach.. in addition to the amazing food, service, pools, etc. we are from NJ and venture out to Dominican Republic and Mexico. Both amazing places as well. Le Meridian sets the bar high. If you are looking to stay in Thailand as a couple or family. This place is a must. A bit pricey, but worth every penny. Merry Christmas!

It was amazing staying. Room was suite with balcony ocean view. Old hotel but very clean and well maintained. QUITE PLACE Beach was amazing and golden sands No rocks. Swimming is great and nice activites. Safe place with nice waves. There are many restaurants inside the hotel. Good price for every thing. Must pay money around 300 bht to go patong beach 10mintues or less If you would like to go as couples or family, i encourage you to go privacy area and staff was all welcoming and nice. I have arranged my kids birthday there. They were helping and offering a birhday cake for both of them. We will come again.

Too many hotel guests including meeting attendees, families with small children. Too crowded, especially during breakfast hours. The only part I like is the private beach and the water pressure in the bathroom shower is great.
