Chan at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and kind, she made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived till she said goodbye to me at the taxi. This hotel is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet sounds of nature. The staff are all so kind and make you feel like family. I would come back to Phuket just to stay here again.

The staff is amazing and very attentive. The rooftop pool and the hydrotherapy pool/sauna are great. The breakfast buffet is good. There are Thai and international options and an egg station. This is a smaller hotel with a resort atmosphere. There is not much for children to do. We utilized the shuttle a couple of times but generally just walked to the beach and the retail areas. We would stay again. The beach is wonderful!

This place is amazing. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a resort! It’s so private and magical. The staff goes above and beyond to help and to serve you. The resort itself is gorgeous and clean, inside and out. The steam sauna is a dream come true. The manager was such a pleasure to talk to. We consider him family now. I don’t have enough good words to describe this place! Everything about it is amazing. An unmatched experience!! My husband drinks and I do not. This place was a safe haven for him to drink without having to be in town for the huge parties. I really appreciated that. :)

Great hotel, our family room was fantastic small kitchen area, large lounge area, two large doubles bedrooms (one with en-suite) additional bunk beds and bathroom complete with twin aspect balcony, only a short walk to beach and shops and restaurants in Karon

We are so pleased we chose Pacific Club Resort for our short stay. As a family it was far away from the hustle and bustle of Patong, but close enough to enjoy what Phuket has to offer at Karon.(5-10 min walk). The two bedroom unit was perfect for us... A 'smaller' resort that catered for quite time and relaxing, but having everything you needed if you wanted to get amongst the hype of Phuket. 40 mins drive to the water park and less to the larger shopping areas. And tuk tuks are always available if you don't want to walk down to Karon beach/town. The staff were awesome and very accommodating to all our needs.

I enjoy the atmosphere was very pleasurable, though one down side was as a single guest and for my time in this property , some nights did get fairly out of hand with other guests and their children’s cute evening times, maybe if possible to keep guest with children separated a distance from guest without , other than this I had a very good time.
