Good hotel with a quiet location. Room was good but a bit dated , the rooms are not very sound proof . we could hear a baby crying from the next room

Good location and reasonable price for what you get. Rooms a little small. Bar service and food around the pool very pleasant watching the water traffic. Hotel staff accommodated my request for high floor and adjoining room to our families.

We had $800 worth of fertility medicine in the refrigerator that died. I have been here three years in a row, and it is obvious that maintenance is being cut down come out pool hours are less available, staffing is less, especially at night. I am not sure if there is a new owner of this location. it is good for jet lag, it is bad for commute into downtown Bangkok. they have facilities for business meetings, but this hotel is really good for hot dogs for the kiddies and the pool.
