Centre Point Silom

I believe that this is a decent hotel for family vacation, but it was a pity it's under renovation, therefore some of the facilities aren't able to use. It's convenient for buying things nearby, but the traffic condition is sort bad, luckily there are a BTS station and a ferry boat pier within walking distance.

Within walking distance to Sathorn pier. There's a market near the hotel. Sells delicious street food. Hotel room is very big. Great for big families.

I recommend this hotel to all families as well as newbies to Bangkok. It is well placed close to boat tours, tuktuks, dining, public transport and shopping in Chinatown. We lived in an apartment and had daily cleaning. Roomservice and cleaning was excellent. Its possible to book to seperate rooms with a shared door. The staff is very friendly and professional and security is high. The pool is open from 6am to 8pm and its a saltwater pool. The saltlevel and ph level is updated daily. There are towels by the pool. The hotel provides breakfast buffet as an extra charge. We definitely enjoyed this. The gym is reasonable well equipped. The hotel is located on top of a shopping mall. And right next to a big food market. A must go to is the rooftop restaurant Palate just across the street. Drinks and food are excellent. The hotel is a non smoking hotel and there are two rather boring smoke stations placed at the street and on the 10th floor. If I missed one thing during my stay. Then it was a bar where you could enjoy sunset or have a late night drink with a view. The surrounding area close at 10pm.

The location of this hotel is great. Walking distance to restaurants, the famous SkyBar etc. We stayed in the family suite. The carpet is dated. A/C wasn’t cooling in one side of the suite. We let the front desk know but they couldn’t fix it. This is a budget efficient hotel for Bangkok prices. In hindsight, I wish I booked at a nicer, more expensive hotel.

The location is wonderful. ThereMs a convenient market downstairs with a wide variety of Thai street food. The ground floor is an air conditioned shopping mall that also has a food court. We really love the location, the family suite was very spacious with a washing machine and kitchenette in it. Staff was very helpful and accommodating, great breakfast with lots of options. My family and I highly recommend this hotel

We stayed here with our two young children in the family suite. Great experience. The pool and kids room were great. Having the department store, food court, and grocery store in the building was helpful on jet lag days when we couldn't venture out easily. Lots of street food and local places just outside. Easy walk to BTS and ferry pier. Safe for foreigners but not sanitized. Easy for our local family to get to us. The washing machine in room for a long stay was brilliant. Breakfast was great, appreciate that it starts so early at 6am. Front desk staff were incredibly helpful. We plan to stay here again on our next visit.
