Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River

My husband loved the lap pool. My child enjoyed the kid's club. I was impressed by the room condition, welcome dessert, and gift for the child. The whole family loved the Four Seasons Hotel.

The hotel feels new and fresh. Everything is nice and clean and the people who work are fantastic. The pool area is very good, albeit with too few sunbeds on good days. The downside is that they are trying to digitize certain parts of service and customer experience. For me, much of the difference between four and five stars lies precisely in the service. Getting a toad or QR code to communicate or order with, or chats/chat bot, is not 5 stars for me. Another thing that I thought was even worse was when we were going into Siam square and I asked the hotel to arrange a taxi for me and my children and they arranged a taxi without seat belts. It's not ok and not 5 stars. Otherwise, a luxurious and nice hotel that is well located and has very friendly staff.
