Fantastisk tjek in. Venligt og hurtigt personale. Blev mødt af en yderst venlig receptionisk Ms/Miss Kamonchanok, som sørgede for fantastiske værelser til min familie og mig. Rene store værelser, venligt personale og en stor imøde kommenhed, som er vigtigt for os, da vi rejser med en handicappet søn, der er autist. Ud over rengøring, reception, vil vi da fremhæve den forrygende morgenmad, der har et stort udvalg. Dette var vores 4. ophold på hotellet og kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen til næste år. Kim /// Great check in. Friendly and fast staff. Was greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist Ms/Miss Kamonchanok who arranged amazing rooms for my family and me. Clean large rooms, friendly staff and great hospitality which is important to us as we travel with a disabled son who is autistic. In addition to cleaning and reception, we would like to highlight the terrific breakfast, which has a large selection. This was our 4th stay at the hotel and will definitely be back again next year. Love our stay here. Rooms are spacious perfect for family. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Good WiFi. The sunset boat ride to Iconsiam is a must try. Good breakfast. Most of the staff are excellent. Will definitely stay here again

All the staff were all absolutely wonderful, they were helpful and friendly. Thank you the reception, concierge, chefs, bar staff, room service and cleaning staff you were all brilliant and patient with the kids. Then the 2 bed riverside suite was spacious and well fitted out, lovely soaps, great views etc. I will be back!

During our recent trip to Bangkok, my family and I had the privilege of staying at the Chatrium Riverside Hotel, and it exceeded all of our expectations. This exceptional five-star hotel stands tall, majestically overlooking the Chao Phraya River, providing an unparalleled blend of luxury, convenience, and breathtaking views. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the hotel staff, who exuded genuine hospitality and professionalism throughout our stay. The check-in process was swift and hassle-free, ensuring that we could immediately start indulging in the hotel's world-class offerings. The Chatrium Riverside Hotel boasts an impressive array of facilities to suit every guest's needs. The infinity pool, overlooking the river, offered a serene oasis to unwind and escape the bustling city. For fitness enthusiasts, the well-equipped gym was perfect for staying active during my stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of the shuttle boat service, which ferried guests to the nearby Asiatique shopping complex and the BTS Skytrain station, ensuring easy access to the city's attractions.

Love this place. Great views and I will be back. Build a children’s swimming pool behind the pool bar. The kids ruin the entire pool experience- they chase the adults away. More frequent boat service to Sathon Pier. The gap at midday for refueling is very inconvenient.

Hotel is beautiful, I don’t recommend it for family with kids.

We had a fantastic family week long stay in a 2 bedroom club room. The room inself was perfect for our needs as a family with a grown up child- we could share the living area and kitchenette but had our own bedroom and bathroom space. Our son had work to do whilst away and his room had a desk, which was perfect. It really was like having a two bed apartment. The balcony had a fantastic view of the river and skyline which we appreciated sitting out on at the end of a day's sight seeing. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job daily. The club room was good- afternoon tea from 2pm and cocktails and snacks from 5pm. We often visited in place of lunch or for a cool down drink. It did get quite busy and on a couple of occasions we had to go down into the foyer for seats as the lounge was full. Breakfast was plentiful and varied which really set us up for the day. On a couple of days where we had early starts for trips, reception were very helpful and arranged a large take away breakfast for us to pick up first thing. Another feature of the hotel that we found really useful was the hotel boat. Leaving either hourly or half hourly, depending on the time of day, it takes you to either Sathorn, where you can access the tourist boat network or the Sky Train, or occasionally on to Iconsiam shopping centre. We also used both the swimming pool and gym during our stay, again both good. Well located, high quality accommodation and great service which we would certainly recommend.
