It was the first hotel of my family trip. The lady at reception was downright rude and seemed to do me a favor by even replying. When i asked for early check-in even with payment, she replied, she'd have offered it had it been available. Extremely rude and spoilt the entire mood of the holiday. She should be sacked, she doesn't even know how to talk to your own paying customers in a service industry. She is going to ruin the reputation of this hotel. I wouldn't recommend to anyone at all! I was quite shocked. #sackthereceptionist
