Booked a room for three guest, one being a child. We didn’t have a separate bed for the child. Considering the cost the hotel does not have good value for money, when three people sleep in two beds.

The staff was very helpful especially Melanie who went above and beyond to help us during our entire stay. Henrique and Oscar helped us get into a room suitable for our family. The only part we didnt like about the room was the bath room door should have a lock and also more privacy as it was visible to people outside.

Had a great time with the kids. I especially requested for a bath tub which was granted at check-in. Clean room with a view of the lake. Staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommend

It was a one night stay at Radisson in Luzern. The room was comfortable and the view from our suite was nice. Parking was super expensive, as there are no in and out privileges. We arrived super tired and hungry but room service wasn’t available that day as they had a big group or event happening when we got there? I’m not sure but it was disappointing as we wanted something light to hold us off before dinner. Front desk offered us to come dine at the restaurant but we had a napping toddler so that wasn’t an option. Over all it was ok. Plan accordingly if you have a car. Hotel was clean and front desk super helpful.
