This beachfront property was great for its location and the view. Good air conditioning and kitchen set up.
Very quiet, a few bug bites in the evening.
Strangely, the cleaning staff did a good job cleaning our room but kept only leaving 2 towels. We had to keep asking for more towels for hair.
Other guests were nice and respectful - no running, screaming children.

Excellent beach, staff and experience.
Thanks to Colin Hunte for his advice and thanks to our driver Bicette who treated us like family.

These are lovely, fully equipped well maintained cottages right on the beach. Great place for sunsets and cruise ships sights. Super friendly staff - you’re a part of the family from day one.

A small place, intimate with personal attention whenever needed. Family owned... it feels like you are part of the family. Absolutely Beautiful, with a Balcony overlooking the sea. A beach at your doorstep. I only wish that I had stayed longer. I will definitely return!

Our second floor villa looked out at the ocean. The view was spectacular! The staff is amazing and make you feel like family. The only con is the racing motorcycles late into the night.

What a glorious family run property with great attention to detail and wonderful hospitality. Its right on the beach...and in view of spectacular sunsets. The main road is busy and area not very walkable...so a good base to explore from or just to relax and enjoy the beach.

Could not have had a lovelier stay at Villa Beach Cottages- what a perfect home base for exploring the island! Check in was super quick and easy- i was offered a welcome drink and was in my room within minutes. Speaking of the room (21), my jaw hit the floor when i saw the view. It will literally take your breath away. Bedroom was large and spacious and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, should you wish to cook for yourself, but there are so many dining options in Castries and Rodney Bay! I suggest checking out Flavours of the Grill, Spinnakers, The Coal Pot for dinner, and you MUST visit Pink Plantation for lunch. The onsite restaurant is super convenient for breakfast and lunch. There are two smaller pools which are wonderful for relaxing, and usually very quiet- you'll often have them to yourself. The resort is literally right in the beach, which it shares with Sandals Halcyon Bay right next door. The staff are the best part of this place- they will go out of their way to make recommendations for activities and dining in the area, and will take care of any reservations, including taxis, for you. A couple minor maintenance issues, the worst being the slightly rickety boards on the pool deck which need a bit of attention in places, but honestly don't let that put you off. This place is a hidden gem that is family owned and operated, and they will go out of their way to make your stay magical and memorable.

Cool place to stay next to a beautiful beach. Perfect for families. Only downside: location next to a busy highway-can't get anywhere without a car or taxi.
