dirty hotel with less than poor "helpful staff". if you com ein the morning from the the Americas, this is not the place to stay. This is my 9th trip to Madrid and this is the only hotel that did not allow us to check in a little early becuase they were "full", but later during the day I found out that it was not full. This hotel is not child frendly and we felt that we were a big inconvenience. Good thing that it was not raining, otherwise we would of have to wait in the lobbly for 4 hours. The rooms were filty dirty. I wanted to change the hotel but he hotel will penalize you with the whole stay, so we were stuck.
