Great hotel for families with young kids. Good walkable area

One of the best hotel experiences our family has ever had. Super nice and helpful staff. Clean and well-maintained hotel!

Great location, very close to Goya metro station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff. Stayed with family, highly recommended.

The hotel is fantastic!! All the staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely, really modern and clean. We are a family 2x adults and 2x children (boys aged 13 and 14). We are staying in a Standard family room which is brilliant! It’s really spacious and had two single beds for the boys. The hotel is slightly away from the main bits in Madrid but only 20 min walk to Retiro park. 30 mins to Plaza Mayor. The hotel also had 3 metro stations within 5 mins walk. Would fully recommend this hotel to anyone.

As we made our way from New York to Madrid on an overnight flight, with our two children we were afraid that the hotel would not accommodate us into our room when we got in 3 hours ahead of our scheduled check-in. To our surprise they not only had the room available but also ready with the two extra beds for our girls. The pool, food and how the staff were with us and our children were incredible. Thank you for making our experience enjoyable.

Big clean rooms for the price, with very friendly staff. Pool and gym are both only small, but worth visiting, especially earlier in the day when they’re less busy. Given the summer heat, crowds can be expected. Room service is excellent, both the quality of the food and the staff serving it. Hallways can get noisy with kids running up and down the long hallways and parents who don’t seem to mind them doing it, not the hotels fault however. Definitely worth it for the price. This was my second time and I’ll definitely be back when Im in Madrid. Thanks.

The hotel is nice, it is showing its age but the room was big and clean, breakfast is included with the room. The entrance to the hotel is a little hidden but Im ok with that. The two issues I had were after checking in someone from room service came by and just opened the door without knocking, this really upset my wife and son, I dont know if it was intentional or miscommunication from the front desk and they didn't know we had already checked in, the second issue, my family and I went downstairs for breakfast at 10:30 AM, breakfast ended at 11:00 AM, one of the servers kept telling us that breakfast ended at 11 and around 10:50 AM she wanted to take our plates away even before we had finished our food other guest were still arriving at this time and they didnt have the same experience as we did. Overall I would recommend the hotel for its location but please dont have high expectations for the service.

If you are looking for a good place in Madrid this is a good choice. From.the Check-in to the room everything was good. It is a Novotel and with that you have a sense of standardised rooms but that can also be welcoming as you know what you what to expect and its always reliable . It is a business hotel but works well for family and a holiday.

Staff were great! So helpful and accommodating. So good for families. Novotel as a group, bravo!
