Petit Palace Alcalá

Property is an ideal location and all the touristy places are close by. It might be bit expensive because of the location. Even the family room was tiny with a bunk bed for kids

Petit Palace Alcala exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful from the start! We arrived early from a long international flight and they were able to check us in right away. Our room was a quadruple with bunk beds for kids that our son really loved. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was spacious and nice. Another plus for me was being able to open the windows and let in some fresh air. We were there in the winter and it did get a little stuffy, so that helped. Breakfast in the morning is absolutely worth the cost - it was delicious with plenty of options - fresh baked pastries, yogurt, fresh juice, meats, cheeses, coffee. The view from the breakfast area is amazing as well. The location is great as well, walkable to most of the major sites in Madrid. Note - there is some street noise, but we travel with a white noise app to help. We would definitely stay at this hotel again should we return to Madrid!

This is a cozy property that I enjoyed so much being there. The location A , the staff treat you like family and they go an extra mile if you need to and the breakfast is hard to describe so many options and so fresh

Spent one night in this property, which is in a great location. It served its purpose for that one night, as it was clean, and had family rooms that could accommodate a family of 4. However, the hotel comes off as more of a Youth Hostel than a boutique hotel. Still it was ok for the one night.
