Pestana Plaza Mayor Madrid

Hotels.com is not reliable at all. For our recent trip to Madrid, I booked this hotel for 3 nights for my kids and then immediately booked again for 4 days for me and my husband. However, hotels.com system had error and booked us for another sisyer hotel which is 15 min walking away. We found it out at check-in, so we had to cancel the wrong booking and rebook for this hotel. It cost us $800 more because the price went up. Hotelscom refuse to compensate us even a cent. I am long time gold member of hotels.com. Do Not book your hotel with hotels.com. hotelsc.om is un relaible and unreasonable. They out ousrce their service to oversea, and these oversea staggs are totally unreasonable. They are trained to blame customers for hotels.com 's mistakes.

Great location excellent staff, very friendly and helpful anytime any day they feel like family. We stayed 5 nights in this landmark located exactly at the historic Plaza Mayor. I highly recomend this hotel.
