Sercotel Gran Hotel Conde Duque

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. My room was on the first floor near the restaurant and elevators (not recommended). No view of the city from my room, but it had large window for natural light. It was a small room with two twin beds just as I asked. It was a bit noisy in the hallway for my preference, but the room had all that I needed. The blackout curtains and decent blow dryer were a plus. Taxi was called by hotel and arrived in minutes. Staff were pleasant and helpful, no hassles. Two small bottles of water were offered in room at arrival but not replenished during my weeklong stay. I didn’t ask for more. Location was close to shops, bakery, small grocery store, cafes and the metro! I felt safe walking alone late at night. If one has younger kids the park across the street is lovely. Great overall!
