Really great all around experience. The double room for the family was a great set up. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. Service was fantastic.

Great hotel, clean, located right besides Chamartin train station so transportation was easy and convenient.
Close also to the airport.
The room was modern, spacious and clean.
The bathroom was really modern with lots of space.
Great for a family as mine.
Highly recommended and definitely a place to come back.

Amazing staff, pool is salt water, wonderful. The hotel is fun for families, great breakfast buffet. Only thing is, it’s 20 minutes from the center of Madrid by metro.

This was an excellent, spacious, clean, well-maintained, modern property. It was a delightful hotel for our family and had convenient connecting rooms to make us all comfortable.

We had a premium connected suite (2 rooms connected with a main entrance, it really felt like a 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms suite not the typical connected rooms). Fantastic for a family of 5. The hotel is modern and the service is great. Being in Madrid, the hotel food offering could be better but it is ok. The hotel is walking distance to Metro, train and bus stations but a bit far from downtown (but we knew that upfront, no big issue). I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a newer/roomier hotel knowing that you do have to commute a bit to the downtown area.

I have been to Madrid a few times and Most of the time I stayed downtown. This time I chose this location for a personal reason but I can tell you that this hotel is making me think for the future. This is a real gem in this part of town. Do t expect something big or fancy but if you want a comfortable hotel
With personality and good ambiance and service then this is your place. Rooms are really comfortable with a very nice bathroom. The pool area is amazing (I even saw business people working there) and the terrace is amazing. The staff was very accommodating and the lobby area was very inviting. This hotel has a “music theme” that is reflected everywhere- my kids enjoyed it. Next time - business or family trip- I will definitely consider this hotel/
