This was an amazing place for our family to stay. However, there was construction in the hotel which was very noisy. We requested our room to be changed and staff were very helpful with this.

It looks like to music journey and museum. I am very impressed all of displaying instruments and others related music. I was very much enjoyed staying and strong recommend to my friends and family members.

Our stay was made very special by Hector who provided guest services. From arranging taxis, dealing with luggage, and providing guidance for navigating the city, he was our go-to person. The staff was efficient and the hotel itself was being renovated. It looked like it might be an expansion. The Ramblas is a highly energized district and we loved all it had to offer. We were also very happy with La Poma, the restaurant next door. The location was convenient to the port, as we were cruising at the end of the weekend. I would recommend this place to my own family and friends.

The manager made accommodations for me an my family and he was kind and helpful. The receptionist was also amazing. The people are the best assets of this hotel. Obviously, the location and facilities are superb
