Right in the middle of the action. Easy to walk to everything. Hotel is minimal but totally worked for our family. Room was comfortable and simple.

This is a beautiful hotel right on La Rambla and close to everything! The staff were extremely helpful. I would stay here again and would suggest it for any family as the family rooms are huge.

My family and I wanted old world, not a cookie cutter hotel. The hotel is clearly out of another era, the first floor is very pretty, but does need a little love. The rooms are barren, but had surprisingly good toilettries, and the best tiny blowdryer I've seen in any hotel lately. The hotel is right on las Ramblas and we had a front room, so the noise was deafening at times, but we did not care because and thought of the noise as the soundtrack and the rumbling of the train underneath, our lullaby. I highly recommend this hotel for people on a budget. It is totally no frills, but you're not there to be in the hotel, but to experience everything this amazing city has to offer.

Hotel I think is under construction and I was never told. Lobby for what I loved about the hotel in real life is horrible. My tv didn’t work and at 6 pm mangers left and nobody to fix my tv I asked to change rooms no manager. The family room only fits 3 we were four Bathrooms great size. Air conditioning was good. Hope Expedia reaches out to me.

A clean comfy hotel with character right on Las Ramblas a couple blocks from the Boquaria. We had a pleasant night for our family of four in a room overlooking Las Ramblas and it worked out quite well. The room and everything was clean and the service throughout was quick and friendly.

This hotel has the best lobby in the area, it's tranquil, spacious with very nice sitting areas. Offers water ( still, cold and sparkle options). Just a nice place to walk into after a long day of sight seeing or meet up with family before heading out for the day. All the reception desk staff are friendly and very helpful. The shower has good water pressure however shower head is too high to reach for short person , the glass is slightly narrow, hard to avoid spraying water on the floor, be aware as can be slippery and dangerous. Overall very happy and will stay again.

Worst customer service ever. They sent us a message that we have to pay via their link or they might cancel our reservation (after we thought we had paid via credit card with booking). After the link didn’t work/ expired we tried to call (no answer) and send an email asking if we still had the room but got no response. Sent another message the day of check in and got no response until almost 4pm that day (almost 6 hours later). At this point we were forced to book another hotel since we have two little kids and needed a place to go after we arrived in Barcelona. Of course then they responded really quickly (within 30min.) saying they would still charge us anyway. If they had charged our card right in the beginning or at least responded in a timely manner we would have gladly stayed there.

I have been placed in a smaller room with my children. The hotel room must be fixed! It has holes, in a wall, water damage, mold, holes in a drapes. It’s awful!

The hotel is in a great location, very central for a family and easily walkable. The lobby has great nostalgia and Hemingway/Key West vibe. Now, for the detailed hotel feedback - the elevators seemed out of service constantly, which was horribly annoying traveling with kids and being on the 4th floor. We stayed in the family room with two double beds, it very sterile compared to other rooms, very little room to easily navigate around suitcases, the bathroom wasn't cleaned well upon entry, the cleaning staff constantly removed our extra key to keep the air conditioning running (at the suggestion of the front desk) and the hotel could not ever figure out what was wrong with our air conditioning, which stopped running in the middle of the night. Overall, it just wasn't a pleasant experience for the price paid. I've stayed at other hotels specifically on La Rambla, which makes the situation disappointing as we tried another option.
