Great kids club and evening activities

Nice hotel, excellent facilities in good condition, professional and helpful reception personnel. However, numerous examples of poor management, lack of organisation and silly rules spoiled the experience. Gentlemen not allowed to wear shorts in restaurants, but jeans, trainers, tracksuits, t-shirts all fine and ladies can wear what they like. Nonsense rule which does not promote smart standards of dress and actively encourages people to wear whatever alternative they have to the smart tailored shorts they probably packed. Poolside restaurant nice but under-staffed and chaotic, hard to get a table, let alone a clean one and the even harder to get served. Gym, kids club etc not open until 10.00am so forget an early morning work-out etc. Also, be aware that whilst this is a convenient 10 minute taxi from the airport it is also right under the approach to the runway, great for plane spotters! For those who have been to the excellent Sheraton in Costa Adeje and are expecting a similar experience, you will be disappointed.

A wonderful hotel with fantastic facilities for families I think it could do with some modernisation But even without that we most certainly will go back! Great staff and very helpful Location is perfect, rooms are spacious Food is great Great value for money

This was a lovely resort, we had a junior suite with ocean view. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was huge. The breakfast buffet was great, huge variety of food. The resort was also very child friendly, we regularly used the kids club and went to the kids mini disco. We really enjoyed the spa too. Overall we had a great stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this resort, we will definitely be visiting again.

This is the best holiday we have ever had! Usually it's so difficult to keep the kids entertained, but this time they wanted to spend all their time at the kids club. They ate dinner very quick so they could participate in the kids disco....a god send for us this was followed by an evening Disney movie whilst us adults had a night cap at the bar. We haven't been able to do that on any holiday ever! The evening activities completely wore the kids out, they went straight to sleep...and we enjoyed drinks on the balcony. This is probably the only hotel I would consider revisiting. The pool, the Spa, the room...brilliant. Just brilliant!!!!

Nice hotel with great location and amenities for kids, but service levels are far below what you would expect for a hotel of this quality especially in the bars and restaurants.

Didn't expect such a luxurious experience from Sheraton. Great for families, no binge drinking teenagers one would expect from Fuerteventura, first class facilities and the most important factor - right in front of the beach!

Nice hotel. Very good, big pool area. Except for one, all pools are temperature controlled. There is a walkway to a very nice beach. There is a shopping centre with a supermarket and some restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance. In my opinion, the kids club and the buffet dinner let the hotel down. The kids club isn't open for very long and it doesn't seem to be very organised. There aren't many activities for children 6+. The buffet dinner in the Los Arcos restaurant has a different theme every night, but the quality of food is not very impressive. The buffet breakfast in the same restaurant is quite good. Other than these two points, we had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Just a minor point, the WiFi in the hotel is not great!
