First impressions at the entrance was, this doesn’t look 5* and in truth it wasn’t. The guy greeting us was very nice and really helpful if anything was 5* it was him. I found the hotel looked grand but tired. Very big comfortable bed room was clean but still old and tired feeling. Went to the pool with my 3 year old daughter and found very little space to move around with so many full sound beds packed way too close together. The pools were ok at best, the sides were not anti slip so my daughter slipped at least 5 times which made me decide to change hotels the day after because a 3 year old wants to stay in the pool all day and get in and out, I found it too dangerous to relax. The buffet for dinner looked mediocre so I took the option of the steak house, it was very nice and reasonably priced. Entertainment at night was terrible as there was a less than average singer who packed up quite early and no entertainment for kids. 5/10

A lovely hotel in a perfect location close to many amenities. Staff are all super friendly, food is very good and the facilities are excellent, such as pool areas, gym etc. special mention goes to the sisters running the kids club, the kids adore them, and the activities they run are varied and entertaining for the kids. Will definitely be coming back

The adult only pool was too warm and children used it when they shouldn’t have. The buffet was uninspiring. The fish restaurant had no ambience and a poor menu. The meat restaurant was lacking customers , had a better menu but no specials and the same menu all week. At lunch it was excellent. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The hotel is concentrating on half board customers using the buffet. It would be nice if they ramped up their evening restaurants and then encouraged more people to use them. Booking the restaurant was clunky going back to reception. There were always spare tables and yet you could be put forward from the time you wished to book.

This was our second stay at Vincci - it has a lovely family run atmosphere and all the staff were great.

The property is nice, the staff was very nice (with one exception), and the overall experience is something I would recommend. Special recognition to the hostess, servers, and staff in the kitchen, fab service! The only downside - is the lifeguard on duty - such a mixed message from him, and such an inconvenience. He kept on insisting kids can not use floaties (or balls that the hotel shop sells!) in the heated pool, and kept on saying they can do it in the kid's pool (which was cold), also during the daily workouts from around 11 AM, he kept on asking people to move around, while ignoring his main job which was to make sure everyone is safe. During the workout, I was in the pool next to the one with people jumping and kicking, and was called out that it is adults only (we were the only two people in the pool - I and my 20-month-old baby)! I did try to have a conversation with him stating that while I appreciate good rules and safety I will not put my child in a cold pool. I am not sure if he understood my constructive feedback.

Staff provided an excellent and friendly service, we were upgraded to a larger room which was perfect for our family, with ocean views which was great. It felt like all staff made an effort to entertain our three year old especially at dinner which was very nice! Children's club available, several pools and one heated. We paid for breakfast and dinner - a little disappointed on the food front vs another 5* hotel we stayed at nearby as it didn't feel like much of a variety each day but still filled the belly! The hotel is located up a hill so just prepare for a short walk uphill on your return from the beach, shops, restaurants etc

Lovely hotel, good location to many amenities like beaches shops and restaurants. Pool area great for both adults and kids. Our kids, aged 8 and 5, absolutely loved the kids club. Ran by two sisters, they did loads of activities that were really engaging and interesting. Will very likely return next year for another visit

My family of 4 Adults and 4 Children stayed here and absolutely loved it. The accommodation, staff, facilities were all fantastic. very pleased.

We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Due to the position of the hotel it was not possible to go out with the wheelchair without a taxi however the hotel receptionists were happy to help with the booking of a wheelchair accessible taxi. We were doing a once in a lifetime trip with our family and had a wonderful time.

The hotel is too remote from the beach shops and restaurants etc. It should be adults only babies and small children making noise around the pool area and restaurant. Worst however was the lack of evening entertainment, although there is a jazz club and disco I was advised it was only open occasionally in the "summer" Our room was sold as a panoramic sea view in fact it was aside sea view we were subsequently moved to the type of room/view actually sold.
