Brilliant stay, good amazing and excellent choice. Pool area clean. Room very spacious in Junior Suite. Only one issue was lack of baby changing near restaurant but still wouldn’t put us off staying here again

Fantastic hotel which surpassed our expectations. We did have a small problem with maintenance near our room which was immediately dealt with professionally. I preferred the balcony on the junior suite to the one on superior suite. The staff were all helpful and went above and beyond. An extremely nice hotel which I would highly recommend

It was our 3rd time visiting, which says a lot about our experience. The service is excellent and we will be returning for a forth visit. Really feels like a family atmosphere

Perfect in every way for us. Families may not like it as much as they are very strict on no ball games, no children in hot tub. Pool area one of the best in class. Also very small smoking area that is a walk. On balance, for us it was ideal and we will return for sure.

Perhaps as a result of covid, the service was hap hazard, particularly around the pool and at the pool side restaurant, with drinks and meals going missing or waiters searching for the customer who placed the order. I had the impression that many staff were new, which maybe as a result of covid, so I can forgive this. We had booked a sea view junior suite room, and the first room offered was very dark, sparse and a long way from the sea, being at the back of the property. The hotel did move us after 24 hours to a much nicer front line room directly over looking the pool and sea beyond. Half way through our holiday the hotel imposed the "no reserving sun beds" policy with gusto. This meant any towels or personal possessions placed without a customer resident on the sun bed was removed - even to the extent that when some people went to the toilet, their possessions were removed! Needless to say many people, us included were not happy with the over zealous implementation of policy. Breakfast was very good, lunch and dinner at the poolside restaurant was also good, and overall this is a nice hotel, with a pleasant pool, well located centrally in Costa Adeje.

This isn’t what I’d expect from a 5* hotel and how it got its 9.4 rating on hotels.com I’ve no idea. The food was terrible. The buffet is sub-par and the a la carte room service looked like it was scooped out of the buffet. The scrambled eggs looked like finely chopped hard boiled eggs that had been heated up in cream. We couldn’t eat it. The coffee was not good and I was even scolded by a member of staff judiciously guarding the exit from the buffet for attempting to take a coffee to reception to sign some paperwork. Being told off like a child for doing something most hotels wouldn’t have a problem with was quite embarrassing. They have a weird thing with water in the room. There was no drinking water in the room when we arrived (an oversight I was told) and if one small bottle of water isn’t enough for two people after a day in the sun you can buy a “water package”. We once called to ask for water because the room water hadn’t been refreshed and they delivered some and charged us again for it. Felt like a money making exercise for something that shouldn’t be a problem for a 5* hotel. The room was quite nice except the bathroom was like a premier inn (not a problem but not 5*). The amenities (shampoo conditioner soap etc) are all in wall mounted dispensers which kept running out at inconvenient times. The pool and grounds were nice too but the pool service was poor — nothing wrong with the people serving just that we went hours sometimes without spotting someone.
