Excellent hotel with lots of activities for children. Animation team were varied - some great, some not so much. Would avoid leaving children in the baby room. Rooms were the best I’ve stayed in when travelling with children. A bath and kitchenette were exactly what we needed. Hotel will also provide any additional things you may need - we asked for a bottle warmer and high chair. Treated my son’s allergy seriously and cooked all his food from scratch in the kitchen.

This was our second stay and it was excellent again. Room was great, staff all excellent. Our 3 year old loved the kids club. Lovely pools, great dining every breakfast and dinner.

Overall a nice property with good rooms. Breakfast buffet was varied and good quality. If you're seeking adult space, it can feel as though it's a bit over run by kids. There is a separate adults only area at breakfast but the 'quiet pool' area does allow children. It would be nice to have an adults only area here, in additional to the other family pool. The pool is very shaded by the hotel building until late morning and even into the afternoon, there are some significant areas that never get the sun. Hotel location is good with lots of amenities and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Amazing stay at the GF Victoria. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Having 2 toilets and 2 showers is a real bonus! We stayed in room 607 which had views of the pool, but no sun on the balcony. Next time i would try and get a balcony that got some sun We stayed half board and the food was fresh and delicious. Always a good choice. Lots of vegetarian options as well which is great. A lot of families and young children in the hotel. But the rooftop bar is adults only and there is an adults only section in the restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back!

Staff were friendly and attentive Easy to walk to most places Comfortable beds and pillows Nice balcony Good to have separate bathroom for kids Was noisy on outside facing the road - drunks and revving car engines. Has ear plugs every night. Pool area for kids was unbelievably crowded. Queuing to get into the pool area!!!! Same people every time. Show quality was very variable. Average at best

This is pure excellence and a special stay for a family with young kids. From kids club, to pools, food is amazing, property is central to 2 amazing walkable beaches, extra amenities in the room are classy cute and unforgettable. Its 15/10. Fantastic in all possible ways!

I like the hotel a lot. It’s clean and the staff are very good. I use this hotel as it has a quiet area pool. Unfortunately on this occasion the pool staff allowed children into this are making a nucence of themselves the pool staff in the past have been quick to stop this, not this time. I may change hotels due to this.

We have had a great time in the hotel. Perfect service, breakfast buffet was perfect, room was clean and good views, staff was very kind and we really enjoyed our time there. The different pools and kids pool were great and so was the animation. We will definitely repeat. The only negative thing was that you have to book spa and certain activities for kids at least one day before and we couldn’t do things on the day we wanted to. If you only stay there over the weekend this is not possible.

Fantastic hotel for young families. Splash park, family pool, short walk to the beach, great kids clubs, nightly mini disco and nightly high quality varied kids entertainment from magic shows to acrobatics, all excellent. Would suggest better for younger kids rather than teens though, and certainly wouldn't be my choice of hotel if we didn't have kids. Few small issues with the room and the quality of food and price in the on site bars and restaurants which marked it down a star, but overall a decent stay.

This hotel is amazing for families. Rooms are nice clean & comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Pools are all lovely and kept clean and tidy. Local area is also lovely, so great if you like to get out and wander. Not the most breathtaking 5 star we’ve stayed in (although value for money here is great) but still enjoyed so much as a family we’ve booked to go again
