Do not come here unless you are a parent of very young children. Not only is it flooded with small kids, the pools and other amenities are impressive only to a small child. The food and other “inclusives” are terribly underwhelming- especially for the price. Some staff was great and some were terrible- it was shocking. And the TV channels are mostly German with the remainder in Spanish. My 16 yr old daughter and I couldn’t stay at the adults only hotel because she was under 18, yet she was charged here as an adult for everything. Very disappointing on all levels.

Loved this hotel, despite a few negative reviews. Huge hotel so split across a few buildings (roads separating them are no issue even with kids), clean, friendly staff, safe, daily kids club amazing, about 6 different pools! Lots of activities for kids, beach within about 2 minute walking distance from our room, ability to request housekeeping items for free via an app, internet works great and was able to stream our usual shows when needed. We will be booking again for 2025. We had 2 adults and 2 children (ages 2 and 5) in our booking.

Great hotel for families. Great swimming pools and entertainment during the day. Beach, Shops and restaurants on door step and more lovely beach side restaurants within 5 min walk.

Lovely family hotel! Lots of content for the little ones- pools, slides, playground in the sand, mini club etc. 2min walk to the lovely beach, great food and all the other guests were families too so nobody cared if your child was fussy or crying as everyone was the same! Apartments are nice, clean and spacious, though bathrooms could do with a bit of renovation. The hotel is bungalow type with 2 floors and there are no lifts which can be tricky when you have to carry the buggy upstairs, though our 2-year old enjoyed going up and down the stairs! Overall would definitely recommend to families!

Nice hotel, only good for family with kids, Restaurant staff are rude, specially the manager!

Stayed for a mates wedding. Good location, stayed in block 20. Pool was near other blocks but we didn't plan to use it. 2 min walk or less to the beach. Clean, kitchen well equipped. Bed firm but comfortable. Stayed on top floor, no lift so probably better for families to stay lower level, we were on third floor.

The hotel was good for my 5 year old child. Several pool areas and playgrounds. Short walk to the beach. This was perfect. A lot of germans in the hotel and some of the staff only spoke spanish or german. This was not so good since we come from from Norway. Overall this was a plesant stay and a nice hotel.

Nice family-friendly hotel, with well-organized activities for both kids and adults. Food is good. Very close to the beach. Will definitely come back again!

Excellent Mexican restaurant one meal included in package - All staff speak to you in German Impossible to get a sun bed around pools unless you lay your towels down very early in morning Queuing system in restaurant is shocking and a lot of people push in No drinks included in full board in evening not even water which was €2 a bottle. Map of hotel and club very confusing and staff unable to explain. We never found the gym! Guests very noisy at night and cleaners very noisy in morning so sleep not great.
