Always stay at the Hilton but was let down this time especially after a long travel and umrah pilgrimage to do with the kids being told they don’t have a room is embarrassing and a total failure on the part of Hilton. Reservation was made in January for August stay we were messed around and moved to another hotel for one night where we got 2 single beds for 5 people. No care in the world for the customer just left on their own basically had the room for 2 hours before check out.

We stayed at Hilton Suites in Mecca for 2 nights for umrah, we booked through Expedia with breakfast included option two accessible suite for 2 elderly on wheelchairs and had young kids too-
I just highly highly recommend Hilton Suites Mecca, it is right infront of women entrance and very very close to electric wheelchair rental for umrah.
I loved their services, very courteous staff, pleasant, the breakfast buffet was 10 star, so many dishes Alhamdullilah.
The general manager Rajab and the hotel staff Tanveer really took care of elderly on wheelchair and provided services at the table for elderly, Rajab gave kids cupcakes on our departure to Medina- we will come back inshllah and will stay at Hilton Suites again

Hilton Suites is very close to the Masjid which makes attending prayers extremely convenient. The rooms are a bit old with spotted carpets and furniture. Truthfully, it did not really bother us cause we were mostly out of the room. I am sure if we had notified the staff they would have changed our rooms, but it was not a big issue for us. The staff were very nice and helpful especially with the extension procedures. Breakfast had a variety of choices, but same choices every day.
Overall, our stay was good and very peaceful. The hotel actually had speakers in each room so we could hear the Adhaan and prayers quite clearly in case we were unable to go down.
The best thing about Hilton suites is the location. It merely a 5 min walk to the Masjid which is great if you are trying to attend daily prayers. Furthermore, the nearby location helps if you are traveling with kids/elderly and need to go back to the room for some time.
We definitely would consider staying at Hilton Suites again!

Stayed here for 7 days, was a very good stay. Only the lady at the check in counter was rude and not helpful. Everything else was spot on and customer service brilliant. Will recommend this place to family, friends and will come back here.

It is definitely one of the closest to Haram. You can’t go wrong with this one. The staff are amazing. A great value for money given the proximity. Me and my family are definitely coming back to this one.

Second time staying here with the family. It was better than my first time, housekeeping, cleanliness, and professionalism was top notch. The only downside is the excessive wait at the reception desk. Other than that, everything was amazing! Great for families.

It was my 3rd time staying at Hilton Suites with my family. Overall, the hotel is clean. Some of the staff is welcoming and the housekeeping is great. However, the reception/check in staff are very unwelcoming and tone deaf. They won’t greet you, will not initiate a conversation, will hand the key cards and send you your way. And their breakfast buffet need to be improvised, they’re serving everything they served 3 years ago.
