Great hotel and friendly staff. Needs some updating and sorting out the kids activities, which were mainly closed.

Just returned from this hotel. Was very surprised to find the main pool and kidd pool where closed and they where building works taking place from 8am to 6pm every day. This information should of been clear before i booked

Excellent location...right next to the beach and marina. Plenty of space around the pool area. Perfect for a family holiday.

First time i've ever left a negative review. Please dont eat in the buffet restaurant after 9pm. We ate as a family and was violently sick within 4 hours of dining. Hotel guests 'book' seats around the pool each day.some go away for the day and use them in the afternoon. Loungers on the beach are chargeable. 40eu for double bed for the day. Party in the garden (poolside) until 1.30am with incredibly loud music which kept lots of families awake.hotel said it was due to the Wind! Not what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel Sea view is lovely. However our balcony had render blowing. They dont get much sun due to the orientation of the building. Concierge is slow to respond to online requests for toiletries, pillows etc. Took a day. Remember to leave your hanger outside the door if you want towels and your bedding changed. Breakfast is good. Service was good.plenty of fresh food. Unlike the Crowne Plaza the juices are from cartons. Tivoli need to up their game. Overrated accommodation. Try the Crowne Plaza if you're looking for luxury and great customer care. Still waiting for a response from the Director at Tivoli.

Everything was top class the professionalism of the staff and facilities. It was my birthday whilst there and they surprised me with room service of champagne and birthday cake. Left early for flights home and we were provided with a breakfast box. We felt thoroughly looked after! We would definitely recommend and will be returning with the family!

This is my 4th stay and previously held hotel in high regard will not be returning after this visit. Check in - 25 minutes for 2 rooms, receptionist was,checking guests paying 4000 euro (7 nights 2 ppl) was too much trouble, not ready for 3pm, low floor rooms apart from each other, noise level queried to be assured it was quiet. Marina rooms 337,341 restaurant playing live music which is 8.30-11.30pm Wed- Sun, unable to sleep room change to 741-742 next day loud live music disturbing sleep most evenings not good for this price point requires better soundproofing of the balcony doors. Pool area - lacks mattresses on the sun beds, not enough parasols, dirty wine bottles, fruit rinds and glasses in some areas not cleaned for days, lacks staff for taking orders. groups swearing and shouting in the pool, pool upgrade lots of children not using kids pool but main pool, no handrail for less able bodied and elderly need assistance to enter pool, good pool towels. Rooms - clean, turndown service only received Mon-thurs housekeeping only half made up the rooms on Friday dirty glasses, items just tossed to one side, no coffee pods, soft towels and bathrobes, good bed linen. Think hotel is confused what group of guests it is trying to attract is it the hip and cool (purobeach) or the discerning guest or families or groups that are brash and loud?
