I’M Hotel

Guest room should smell fresh instead of stale smell. Personnel level should improve afternoon certain hr at night instead of just a junior staff manning the entire hotel.

Quick staycation for us Had to wean our toddler soon so this was our warm up Location Location Location I wish the room had a view though, there’s a certain wing that is blocked by another hotel. Check in and Check out is a tad bit slow but most staff are courteous Include your breakfast buffet when you book Try out their Spa as well

We were in an executive suite with two bedrooms, and found our stay in this hotel a bit disappointing. Rooms were much smaller than the photos led us to believe. Floor was dirty. The restaurant at the roof deck is only available for 18+, so our family had a small restaurant at the lobby level with a very limited menu as the only in-hotel dining option. In the morning this gets extremely crowded for breakfast. We did not try the pool (too crowded) or the Spa, which might have swayed us otherwise. The hotel sits in the noisiest, most chaotic part of Makati. The complimentary parking was appreciated. The hotel must have had a flood on our floor - the wallpaper still shows the signs of it. The hotel is also currently understaffed. Slight confusion at check-out about breakfasts that were included but charged separately nonetheless, which was quickly resolved. All in all, we found this hotel to be relatively poor value for money.
