My fave night stop before hopping on to the next haul to my hometown. Doesn’t disappoint! I got this hotel recommended by a family member who used to work here but even if he doesn’t work here anymore we still book here & get the same great customer service experience . Housekeeping staff is awesome, we were struggling with packing supplies night before our flight & with supply shops already closed, one call & they have it! On arrival we had a delay in dropping off our bags at the air cargo but transport staff was understanding & accommodating. Thank You everyone!

Amazing reception, Conceige and butler service. Felt extremely welcome upon check in to checked out. Have stayed here more than 100 days definitely in total. Only an improvement area is despite any signs depicting wearing mask for guests is compulsory in hotel public areas, many guests do not do so and in quite a handful of occasions I saw myself that mgrs on duty be it in lift or traffic corridors failed to do their part to remind. I have a young daughter of 5 with me and so I am concern much for her and my family. Hope hotel do their part too as next wave of omicron is very much alive. Thank you.

Staff extremely courteous and accommodating - from the door man, guards, porters, reception staff and cleaners. The hotel was new so the room was clean - carpets had no visible stains, bathrooms quite modern and no obvious maintenance issues. The hotel has direct access to Glorietta mall which is quite handy as you wont be stuck in your hotel if weather is bad. We had 2 double bed which fit 2 adults and 2 kids quite comfortably. Basic wi-fi access was also free but high speed internet incurs a surcharge. Buffet breakfast had enough variety - filipino breakfast (rice, meat, noodles, soup), japanese (sushi etc), thai (tom yum), continental (breads, eggs, bacon, salads, cereals, cheese), pancakes, waffles, fruits etc. We were mostly too full to have dessert. Executive lounge access was quite handy at times especially if you want a small early dinner (6-8pm). Breakfast selection was limited at the executive lounge but more private. Pool was quite good size and has a toddler pool for the little ones.

Pluses, location, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, and varied breakfast options at buffet. Negatives: check in at different floor from entrance, not enough elevators for the size of the hotel (long waits at times), no bathtub in room (just a shower), lax pool regulations that allow people to wear t-shirts, too small of a gym for the size of the hotel, etc. For the price and the proximity of the hotel to shopping and dining, I would recommend this hotel again. However, the hotel should really consider creating more floor access by adding 2 more elevators. It sometimes took long waits to get on an elevator. And once you could, the staff would sometimes get on first before letting guests get on first. Hotel needs to train employees better especially when it comes to treating culturally sensitive guests like the Japanese. Also, the hotel needs to establish ground rules with the use of the pool. When you allow guests to use shirts and shorts to swim, it isn't in good taste - a wrong call on the side of the hotel. Also, smoking areas in the pool should be limited as there are a lot of children around. Perhaps an area as far as away from the entrance should be created for smokers. All in all, as long as your expectations are realistic, I think this is a good hotel for any business person, tourist, or family. Just remember that it isn't the Peninsula nor the Shangri-la.

We arrived to the hotel very late at night due to flight scheduling (1 a.m.), but communication with the staff was pleasant and all the administrative procedures very dealt with in a trouble-free and prompt fashion. The hotel seems to be brand new, the room was spotless. We travelled with a kid and we can definitely recommend the hotel for families with young children - the staff was very helpful and patient. We regretted only one thing - that we did not have more time to enjoy the roof-top with a very convenient swimming pool.

Brand new hotel only a few months old so everything was pretty perfect with our room. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Free breakfast buffet was included for each night of the stay and was superb. Hotel was also attached to Glorietta, Landmark and Greenbelt malls and also about 20-30min away from the airport depending on traffic. Rooftop pool and bar were also very enjoyable. I would fully recommend this hotel to all my friends and family visiting Manila.
