Dusit Thani Manila

This is our 2nd time in the hotel… we came back because we very much appreciated the staff and services. The room is big and the breakfast buffet is amazing!!! The location is great!!! Will defined be coming back… my kids have enjoyed the experience!!!

It was a great and comfortable stay at Dusit Thani Manila . Customer service was amazing and all staff was so friendly. Very convenient to all the malls in Makati ,definitely will be back and recommend to friends and family.

We were greeted by an amazing gentleman and was kind enough to accommodate our last minute requests so late in the evening. Our stay was uneventful and smooth and with two small children, we felt safe. Thank you!

This is the 2nd time I’ve checked in that they gave me a room that was musty and moldy. It gave me an instant headache and we had to half breathe while waiting to be transferred to another room. Although the problem was resolved right away I feel that I should’ve been compensated since this is the second time this happened to me. I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and have recommended it to my friends and relatives as well. Perhaps I would have to think twice next time. I am checking in again with my family when we return from Korea and hopefully the room I will get will not be moldy and smelly. On a side note your hotel staffs are absolutely AMAZING!!!

The Dusit is a very nice hotel. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The features such as a guarden, pool and lobby are as healthy for the eyea as they are to enjoy. Example: You could meet your family or business associates in the lobby and feel proud to stay at Dusit.

They had issues with their television . Per front desk they had issues with the cable Company . Found a baby roach in the bathroom and hallway .

The staff and management are very professional and friendly from the greeting at the front door and helpful staff with our luggage’s to check in and check out your staff was always there at every corner to help with your every need. We really enjoyed our stay with you folks and I would totally recommend your hotel with my family and co workers. Also your security staff was always alert and vigilant making our stay always feeling safe. Thank you

We (2 adult, 1.5 y old baby) stayed 2 nights at this property. Check in as well as check out were fast, easy and pleasant. We were recognized as Expedia gold member - very nice, as this is not usually the case. Also, when checking out we needed to priny out one document - the receptionist was happy to help us, it wasn’t an issue at all. Room was nice and clean, the only small negative was noise from outside the room (you could hear when other persons were passing by, talking, closing doors, etc.). But it wasn’t so loud it would wake you or your baby up from the sleep. Breakfast was AMAZING - despite the hotel is huge and has for sure many guests, we didn’t experience having issues with seating. Staff was very friendly, always with smile, always greeting - what a nice start into the day! Choice of food was absolutely great!!! We could also find a lot of options for our baby. Everything was fresh, filled in quickly if needed - we really enjoyed it a lot! Also, once the guest left, the place was quickly prepared for a new one to come and enjoy the breakfast - very efficient and professional work of the staff at the restaurant! We didn’t try the pool or other amenities. All in all - very good stay, we would book this hotel again if staying in Manila again. Despite the hotel is huge, you don’t have a feeling that the different hotel areas are crowded. And the friendly staff also makes your stay even more enjoyable.

Hotel itself was old. Rooms were tight and beds were tiny. Multiple hair strands were found in the sink and bath tub area. There were cracks in the walls, stains on the walls and floor. Buffet breakfast was ok, but paying half the price for kids was not worth it. Ate at Benjarong, food 7/10 - nothing special compared to Thai food we get in the US. Good thing about it was it’s walkable to shopping and dining.
