Close to Glorietta, Greenbelt and all the shops you can think of. Very convenient and easy to get to. Hotel is very clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. Would love to come back and recommend to friends and family.

I had nine family members with me on this stay and we all walked out happy. The staff was always there for us and helped with a smile!

The location is super nice, so even at midnight, you can walk and find some restaurants easily. There are also nice facilities, but my children who are 13 and 11 were not able to use them.

We had the impression this was a more of a business hotel - and it was in some ways - but we had a great stay as a family anyway. The room was spacious although the double beds were a little on the small side. Each comfortably slept two, of course, but not luxuriously so, like you might find in other hotels in this range. There were no kid-specific play areas but the pool was enough to keep our kids occupied for an afternoon. Nice atmosphere, not crowded. The Glorietta mall complex was literally across the street which opens up plenty of great dining and coffee options, including a UCC right across the entrance. Greenbelt was very close too. The best surprise for us was the breakfast buffet. There were lots of options including Filipino/Korean/Chinese/Indian/Western dishes, we almost wished we hadn't planned a lunch in advance LOL. A pleasant surprise overall.

Great location and excellent service. We were upgraded to their attached sister property, The Raffles, which had all suite rooms since we had a family.
