Courtyard by Marriott Panama Metromall

Unfortunately, my travel was very short, due to a family member's death. My short stay was very nice, the hotel is close to the airport, within walking distance from the Mall and restaurant. Staff members were very respectful, attentive, and responsive. I will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel convenient to airport. There was initial confusion about whether breakfast was included which was quickly resolved (it was). The hotel staff extended themselves to put out breakfast for us at 5 a.m. an hour early because of our schedule, which was really nice of them. There were a couple of minor annoyances -- the dinnertime waiter was over-attentive (returned 5 or 6 times just to ask if we were satisfied after we had already answered Yes), and given our level of exhaustion, the lateness, and having two kids past their bedtimes this was a bit annoying; and the hotel taxi the following morning didn't show up, and apparently was still at the airport, which raised some anxiety for us about missing the flight, however he showed up in ten minutes and got us there on time-- but overall it was fine, very clean, good beds, good sleep, good facilities, and commute to airport was good. Travelers keep in mind that commute time depends on time of day. Evenings, it can take 30-40 minutes. Early mornings, 10.
