We stayed at Novotel for 1 week during our stay in Panama. Misael made Check-in very quick and simple, he arranged our shuttle from the airport to the hotel for $35 . We never ate there so I’m not sure what the food is like. There were small kids very loud like an alarm every morning around 7am for hours. It was ok overall, comfortable bed, hot water. One local tv station and a maid that comes by daily. I never saw the pool or gym, not sure if they have one; perhaps I didn’t search.

Just an average hotel, nothing VIP as Expedia promoted I was expecting something different, you get what you paid for… bed to sleep, if you need so this is your please, definitely not a place for a family trip.

The place was great! Our junior suite had been recently renovated, the room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again with my family.

The staff stands out. From day 1 My family and I felt welcomed. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options ti choose from. The metro station is half-a-block away, MiniMes via España is just across the street from the metro station for my covid test requirement and Uber is always just a few minutes away. I’ll definitely return!
