Loved the offered amenities of this resort. The wellness area and gym were a hit with our family. Buffet breakfast was filling. There are some areas that are showing it’s age but nothing too crazy. Had a lovely time and had friendly service throughout.

The hotel is in a convenient location and the cost of accommodation was good. General areas were clean, classy and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was great, tidy and the staff were pleasant. The room view was also great. However the room and bathroom were quite small and there were some communication gaps and housekeeping flaws. I spent 4 nights with kids and not once were the linen changed, even upon request. Glasses and teacups were not changed/washed when housekeeping was done. Some days bathroom floor mats were removed and not replaced so we were without. I paid for late checkout at 6 pm and apparently that meant no housekeeping that day. At some point I attempted to reach reception by phone, there was no response nor was the call returned. The kids pool was dirty and the water cold. Several times I had to try my key card several times before it worked. Also, the kids zone is not for the kids to use.
