The area, the amenities, the STAFF IS AMAZING, the food… honestly, everything. My family and I love it here and we will definitely stay again and recommend to our family and friends! Keep up the great work ❤️

I had always wanted to go to Panama for which i chose a somewhat more expensive hotel in order to get the full vacation experience. Sortis failed. There were only two people that were great Ericka and Steak restaurant and Concierge Ivan, everyone else delivered such poor service and then they had the audacity to beg for tips because the owners keep their tips if added to the bill., On our last breakfast the server did not even apologize for not bringing us our food. During lunch my husband gets served his pizza and 20 min later i get my burger. Mind you there was no one else in restaurant, at the end waitress explains again to please add tip .. are you kidding me? It ruined my excitement of being in Panama. I had booked for 4 days but i shortened trip by one day due to the poor service. The casino was horrible.. I spent like $1000.00 playing and was not even offered water.. it was bad! I would not recommend Sortis at all.

I enjoyed my stay at the Sortis. The location, decor, and staff were great. Brian, who was our bell hop, was amazing. He helped our family through our entire stay and deserves a raise for his hospitality!
