Stayed here with the family and were in 2 rooms. The lakeside view was awesome and overall we enjoyed our stay. My only complaint would be the $15 charge per night for parking... Happy to pay for it but not something I was aware of while booking this accommodation.

Staff!!! Absolutely amazing. I have stayed in different hotels both locally and international but the staff at this hotel were next level amazing. Prompt response, kind, understanding and honest. Room- we stayed on L401 and it has to be the best room at this hotel. My family and I will stay here from now on for our Queenstown trips

I liked how everything was right at your fingertips, the buffet breaky was magnificent, a fun fact to have on the property would be a little mini golf play area 😊 The staff was amazing, awesome customer service, will recommend to family and friends.

Rooms are spacious and I went with my family. They arranged us two rooms next to each other even with the doors connecting the two rooms, making us so convenient. Simple cooking utensils and facilities are provided so we could cook our dinner there. Swimming pool and massage pool are opened till late so we could enjoy it after our long day of sightseeing.

We stayed in the family room. The size of the room was decent, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a great selection of tv channels. The customer service of the staff was amazing and accommodating. We dined at the restaurant for dinner. We ordered the steak dish, fish and chips and the kids spaghetti bolognaise. All the dishes were delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

a small microwave should be provided in family rooms, to facilitate warming milk etc for babies. Super inconvenient to walk to reception with milk bottle every now and then.

Good family room ..We checked in quite late and didn't enjoy much benefits as check out time was at 9am. Price for it at $350 for the night just to sleep was a little over priced.
