Rooms are spacious and I went with my family. They arranged us two rooms next to each other even with the doors connecting the two rooms, making us so convenient. Simple cooking utensils and facilities are provided so we could cook our dinner there. Swimming pool and massage pool are opened till late so we could enjoy it after our long day of sightseeing.

We stayed in the family room. The size of the room was decent, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a great selection of tv channels. The customer service of the staff was amazing and accommodating. We dined at the restaurant for dinner. We ordered the steak dish, fish and chips and the kids spaghetti bolognaise. All the dishes were delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

a small microwave should be provided in family rooms, to facilitate warming milk etc for babies. Super inconvenient to walk to reception with milk bottle every now and then.

Good family room ..We checked in quite late and didn't enjoy much benefits as check out time was at 9am. Price for it at $350 for the night just to sleep was a little over priced.

Loved the property. Amazing bedroom and view out to the remarkables. The staff were amazing and the buffet breakfast was a great selection in a lovely setting. My son really loved the heated pool coupled with the spa and sauna. Loverly family stay.

Great location within easy walking distance of downtown Queenstown and has expansive views of Lake Wakatipu. Fitness facilities, pool spa were clean and a great way to wind down at end of day. Restaurant with buffet breakfast had great combination of continental and full english breakfast items. Great staff and very family friendly property!
