Smears on the windows of room that indcated people had been pressing their bodies to the glass, no hand soap in bathroom, 2 towels for 3 guests, 3 coffees for a 2 night stay, no hot chocolate for kids, over and hour wait for room service and a incomplete order once it arrived. Rude phone manner while ordering room service . Some of these things could have been fixed with a simple phone call from me but we had such a full on few days i didnt have the time and forgot at the end of the day , and with the rude phone manner i felt put off asking for anything extra .
