Quick and welcoming check in. Room is spacious, comfortable and clean, information readily available in the room what is available in the hotel. Short walk to shops and eateries. Fab time for families

The stay was great, we often come to this hotel and brought extended family with us this time. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. We did need to ask for an additional towel as there were four of us ( 2 adults and 2 kids) and the last time we stayed I believe there was a capsule coffee machine in the room but this time there wasn’t. (It may have been elsewhere? Either way it would be a nice to have). We left a phone charger in the room also and asked if it could be courier to us, which it could have been, but thought that might be free of charge given we are also IHG members and stay at this hotel on every trip to Auckland. (We will collect next time) The only other comment is that it would be great if our IHG points could be applied to our account for the stay, regardless of the booking website.

Super easy and affordable parking with the parking building next door. Very clean. Laundry with complimentary washing powder was a massive bonus when travelling with kids. We usually stay at Sky City in Auckland but Crowne Plaza will now be our hotel of choice.

Explanation on where to park was non existant, tried calling, got no answer. Booked 2 rooms one for us one for kids and was booked on two different floors which they did rectify. Rooms were pretty basic, wouldnt stay again.

The TV didn’t work and when I called reception to notify them they said they couldn’t do anything about it for a few days. I had only booked for one night so it would have been nice if my family could have been put in a different room. Then I went to take a shower and there was a cockroach on the shower curtain.

The STAFF are very friendly, accommodating, helpful & the most experience we had was so amazing. We ask to heat our food into microwave but the kitchen staff end up recooked it. Me and my kids really appreciate of what staff do to us during our short holiday. Thank you so much and hope to see you soon again CROWNE PLAZA AUCKLAND HOTEL. ❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰
