What an awesome find! We found it hard to find accommodation that was both central and suitable for a family of 5. This was just perfect. Such a great location, within close proximity to everything you need. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool was an added bonus and the kids enjoyed their time in it. We had an awesome sleep on super comfy beds and there was even a portacot set up for the little one. Thanks so much. We will defiantely be staying again!

Absolutely loved our stay at Citylife Auckland! Fit our family of 5 comfortably. Our rooms were super clean with comfortable beds and the room had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Kids really loved the pool. We also had a great view of the sky tower. We will definitely be back!!

We had 3 joining rooms which was great with the kids. Super clean & in a great location. Beds were very uncomfortable but other than that, we had a great family stay

This is our 2nd stay at CityLife, whilst it isnt the flashest of hotels it is clean and comfortable and exactly what we need for a short stay in Auckland CBD. This time we were provided a complimentary upgrade to the top floor, which was a lovely and spacious, very quiet, room. The only thing we struggled with on a hot day was working out the air conditioning, but we sussed it out in the end with a lot of cursing in the process. The pool was a lovely way to start the new day, it was clean and warm. The only other downfall is check out time, be nice to hahe an extra hour until 11am to feel like we were not along on our merry way in the morning (especially being childfree too). But all in all a pleasant and lovely staff with warm and welcoming staff.

I booked and paid for 2 rooms for two nights. the room for 2 adults and 3 children only provided for 2 adults and 2 children. Hotel wanted me to pay for an extra child, but I refuse saying that the room was booked for 2 adults and 3 children. They accepted my reasoning however it was embarrassing.

Staff were great, rooms were a good size, kids loved the pool. Handy to Main Street and close to Sky Tower. Plenty of food options nearby.

Love the suite and connecting rooms that I can pre book. This was so convenient for our family. Many hotels do not allow or guarantee a connecting rooms during booking.
