I was most impressed with the quality of the staff. Everyone I had an opportunity to meet from check-in to check out were helpful and pleasant to deal with; excellent. Our only recommendation would be to provide an instruction booklet on in room services; wi-fi, coffee and electrical all took a little effort to understand. We never did figure out how to keep water in the sink. The area was great, especially the proximaty to the market however you may want to avoid a left, left walk out of the entrance, especially if you have children. Regardless I would recommend this hotel.

nice hotel, excellent location. We told them it was our wedding anniversary and only the second time we'd been away since having our children, now 11 &12 but they didn't even offer us a drink in the bar... a little disappointing since they pride themselves on that personal touch. The bedrooms were pretty small but. very well laid out, lovely view from balcony.

Had a great stay at the Sir Albert -- made all the better by the excellent staff, who were friendly, informative and all around terrific. Rooms are comfortable, restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent, and location was great. The only small warning I'd give -- despite being nowhere near the red light district, right next door is a red light venue -- be warned if you are sensitive or travelling with small kids, etc. But everything else about this hotel makes it a great choice in my book!
