We loved that it is so close to the museums and was steps away from the celebration in the area for the festive for the end of the year. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. We highly recommend it for families.

We were staying one night in Amsterdam before a cruise. As a family of six, we booked two triple rooms. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Optional breakfast was handy and buffet-style. Hotel accommodated us by holding our bags after checkout so we could do a canal cruise and they arranged for our ride to the airport.

The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, especially for visiting most of the museums and convenient to public transportation. However, the rooms on the first floor are noisy, as they are on the courtyard that people walk through and you can hear ALL kinds of noises, conversations, kids playing and breakfast setup in those rooms. My advice...if they give you a room on the bottom floor, ask for one on the higher floors. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay in beautiful Amsterdam!
