Enjoyed our stay immensely! The Front Desk attendant Lexi was awesome and very accommodating for our family of 4. We stayed in the basement room which had no windows, but we didn’t even notice. The room was spacious, beds were comfy, and all worked well. Only issues were the inner door handle fell off but we just closed the main bathroom door, and the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety and we appreciated the included mini bar. All in all, excellent location and stay!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The family room side was very comfortable and private. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to the museum district and many wonderful restaurants.

My family of four stayed here for 2 nights in Room 3 and it was fantastic for us. So spacious and quiet. Very clean hotel with a 24/7 coffee machine which was awesome. Staff were very helpful and there is a tram station 50 m away. It is a flat easy 3km walk down the Main Street thru the city from here as well.

Stayed in the family room in the basement. 2 adult and 2 children. The room is spacious, despite the bathroom which is too small when traveling with 2 kids. Very noisy AC. Furthermore, the hotel has a cat, which I am not very fond due to allergies. The service was impeccable.

We stayed here with the whole family. Had an amazing week. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helped you with whatever you wondered. Almost felt like a part of the family. Big rooms , so even we were 4 persons there was good space. Will stay here next time we visit Amsterdam. Thank you.

The larger family room we got was in the basement, and although good size, had no real windows and, thus no chance of opening them of course. So we found the air a little stuffy, and the place a bit claustrophobic. The rooms above street level probably not have these issues. Breakfast was not included (with we really think it should have been at the price) so we did not try it. The staff was friendly and polite.
