Extremely disappointed with my overall stay at this hotel . We arrived at 4.20 due to flight delays and although check in is 2 we waited 40 minutes for our room to be readied only to be sent to a junior suite when we had booked a sweet. We did eventually get moved but it was extremely time consuming and did set us back a few hours. Overall disappointing

Very nice room, good view (I had a junior suite with a view of the water). In particular I want to compliment staff member Ciara who was friendly and went above and beyond for us!
