We loved this hotel! Perfect location in the most beautiful neighborhood, super friendly and helpful staff, good for a family, delicious free coffee / tea facilities. Will recommend to friends and would look forward to staying there again.

Absolutely the best place we could've stayed at. Easy to get to on the tram - the tram lines were out though so we walked from the train station. Inside was surprisingly quiet. It's located conveniently enough to the tourist areas without feeling touristy (about 15-20 walking). So many great local food options nearby right on the canal. We added breakfast from there both mornings which was also excellent. Everyone working there was polite and helpful as well. Definitely would stay here again and will be recommending it to any of my friends and family traveling to the area.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area. That being said, the rooms are extremely small, even for European standards. The bathroom is also pretty uncomfortable, there's no "wingspan" neither for the shower nor for the pooper :-) The walls are not that sound proof so the noise transmits pretty bad. I have sleep apnea and a severe snoring issue. Apparently the neighbors complaint while I was taking a nap (2pmish) and the staff have the nerve, audacity or I don't know how to call it to knock on my door and ask me to quit snoring or to be quieter. I explained to them that it was a medical condition but still awkward to say the least. Do they tell people to have their kids to stop crying or couples to stop making "sweet love" due the noise? They should have better noise insolation, I guess. Oh well, after traveling all my life (with the snore issue) this was the very first time a staff member asked me to quit snoring. Not even in airplanes or trains. I know it's unpleasant but it's a health condition. And I'm sure I'm not alone in this. And what shocked me the most is that they don't say anything to other annoying noises/behaviors. Oh well, there's always a first time for almost everything. Good place to stay if you're petit, like 5'2" and have short arms. Pretty centric. Slightly pricey for what you get. Did I mention the moving bed and how uncomfortable it was? Nevermind.
