Hyatt Regency Amsterdam

Staff was extremely helpful, all of them at the front desk, restaurant and the bar. I am definitely coming back again and highly recommending as a great family friendly place to stay to all my family and friends visiting Amsterdam in the future. Thank you.

We had a great experience here! The rooms were spacious and clean, the lobby was beautiful, and the location absolutely perfect! Although the trams were quite easy to use, we walked everywhere - with 3 kids. About 30-45 minute walk to the Palace and Anne Frank museum and only 30-40 minute walk in the other direction to the Rijksmuseum. Plenty of beautiful parks with playgrounds for the kids and lots of restaurant choices within 20 minutes walking. Would highly recommend!

We arrived at the hotel at 3pm which was our check in time. Our suite was not available and they didn’t know how long it would take. They couldn’t give us a straight answer and after an hour and a half of waiting with a baby’s and toddler we went for supper.

Service is terrible. We won't be staying at this hotel again or recommending it to anyone. We barely slept for our whole 3 night stay. The pillows are the most uncomfortable we've ever slept on and upon requesting different ones (we would have taken anything else to be honest) we were informed they were 'out of stock'. There were also trams going past the front of the hotel that would make the floor rumble and a baby crying all night, which could be heard easily through the connecting door. Housekeeping was nonexistent. Despite asking multiple times if our room could be cleaned and the towels replaced, we were ignored.

The Hyatt Regency Amsterdam was a lovely property we were fortunate enough to stay at for a few nights. It’s location was perfect for us because it was a very quiet neighborhood and in a great central location. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Had an excellent stay at Hyatt Regency Amsterdam with family. The staff is exemplary - efficient, helpful and very polite. Nothing is too much trouble and yet the atmosphere is very relaxed. Excellent breakfast and dinner options, clean, quiet and very comfortable rooms with large bathrooms. Really had an excellent experience and we will definitely return.

Amazing staff and great breakfast with interesting options. The room was quiet and surprisingly spacious with thoughtful amenities. Great location for families
