Sensira Resort & Spa Riviera Maya – All Inclusive

Enjoyed stay once again! Sensira is so secluded, relaxful, & great for families. It is now the down season, yet the staff is extremely helpful & kind. The scents of the lobby & other areas of the resort put you at peace. The view is beautiful & the many pools make the complex easy to navigate. It is safe & easy to keep track of your children. There are so many cool hidden spaces along with bars that need to be used more. Only disappointment was not having the dinner buffet open. The restaurants are good, but the choices in the past of the dinner buffet was amazing. Staff were extremely helpful & kind helping my family celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Fabulous resort. So many fun activities for kids. Food was amazing. Staff were wonderful. Didn't make it to the beach as the ocean was rough and dirty after the hurricane but the pools were great.

This hotel is excellent with outstanding staff and a fantastic variety of food options. It offers great areas for kids and plenty of amazing entertainment and shows. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children.

Staff, food, very kids friendly.

We traveled with our family (11 year old and 6 year old) in May. The resort was clean and lots of things for kids to do. I felt very safe there with them as the resort is not one of the mega resorts so they were always close by. The food was just okay, I’ve traveled to many Caribbean resorts so I know the normal food quality. The steakhouse was the best restaurant on property and the breakfast buffet was my children’s favorites. My only real issue with the resort is the air conditioning. The room would not cool down lower than 75 and we were there early May so I can’t imagine warmer months. Our friends room was the same so not just an AC issue in our room. Brian was great, he remembered our names and was always getting the kids involved. I would consider traveling here again because I liked how it was removed from the madness of Cancún.

Private resort perfect for family in a quiet area.

Loved the whole facility, food from italian restaurant was soso... but everything else was really delicious. Pool area for kids and kids play areas are very good as well. Would definitely come back to relax and let children loose.

Very nice clean facility, so much activity for kids, friendly stuff, good restaurants, not too far from Cancun airport, visiting this resort second time with friends. Nice coral reef in front of the property very good for snorkeling. I wish they have water sports activity like kayaking or jet ski it's beautiful Caribbean Sea.
