Dreams Natura Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Despite the property being small I really enjoyed the quality of the property.Nice restaurants with good food and good entertainment. Definitely would recommend the stay, especially with kids but still expect to fully enjoy in luxury without the stress. Daycare available Incase needing a few hours to yourself or maybe the whole day , staff seemed trustworthy and ensured the kids had a good time. I would def stay here again!

The resort was beautiful. Not too big, easy to get around. The restaurants were amazing. The construction was unfortunate but not a big deal. Would love to go back with our while family

We had a great family vacation here. Multiple options for food to include a pretty good buffet overall. We saw a lot of complaints in other reviews about noise but honestly it wasnt bad. By 10pm everything seemed to pipe down, this is vacation so I think its pretty resonable to expect noise til then. The kids club was neat (this resort starts at 3 years old as well). Staff was extremely friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy working and they worked hard. Overall great time and experience.

Overall this would be a solid 7 out of 10, opportunity to be closer to an 8 if there was less construction shutting down main walkways (would have been fine if elevators didn’t keep going out of service). Also only one day of 9 we’re all 3 water slides actually working. Travelled with a group of 10 including 3 children (2 of which were picky eaters) and found that there wasn’t a lot of food they would eat, they ended up loving on yogurt and watermelon. Restaurants were great, highly recommend over the buffet which was at best a 5/10 and some days as low as a 2/10. It’s made up for by not needing reservations for the restaurants and all of them were 8/10. We had a swim up non preferred and despite other reviews saying it smelled bad on the mangrove side, we didn’t notice anything. Rooms were clean, service was great, I’d actually take a non preferred swim up again for the privacy. This resort should basically just market themselves as a Wedding resort with the amount of weddings each day. They didn’t really bother us but definitely can get loud with music till 11pm and then the 11pm-1am people that enjoyed themselves a lot walking to their rooms slamming doors, yelling or celebrating loudly. Again, didn’t really bother us but definitely woke up the kids a couple times. Overall I would go back with the family and controlled expectations but for an adults trip would choose another resort. 7/10 overall

We had wonderful stay with our family of 4. It was easy to walk around and we felt safe.

I would’ve rated our stay as an excellent as everyone was fantastic however, the waterslides were not all operating. Out of our 7 day stay, we only had 1.5 days with the tube slide… then the following day the middle slide was down so we had 1 slide, then 2 for the remainder of our stay. The reason we chose this hotel was mainly for this amenity for our kids so it was very frustrating that we didn’t get to really have the full experience of them. As for the restaurants, the food was great- the Himitsu was our favorite. We also loved the coco cafe and our kids loved the grill by the pool! We loved that the resort was a smaller size and not insanely busy and packed. Service at the pool was great as well! Also, highly reco the jacuzzi on the balcony! Was very fun for the kids in the afternoon after a long day at the beach and pool!

Hotel was terrible. Too noisy, too many kids. Swim up pool had barely any sun. Was the last one and close to all construction. Terrible experience

Dreams Natura was not what we hoped for. The entertainment during the day and in the evening was great and kid friendly. Our room was sufficient and cleaned regularly and overall the staff were friendly and attentive! During our 5 night stay there were 1-2 weddings daily which shut down part of the pools and grounds. The only notice was day of and it interfered with our vacation. The food was 2.5 out of 5 stars at the buffet and restaurants- though all of the servers were friendly and attentive. It was also not clear what was included in our preferred status that we paid for until our last day when we realized we had access to top shelf liquor at one bar at the resort. We would not return to Dreams Natura again.
