Beautiful hotel inside and out. The best part is how friendly and helpful all the staff is at all times. We were greeted with complimentary drinks for the whole family! Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with my spouse and 3 kids. The rooms are very comfortable and super clean. There were a lot complimentary snacks and complimentary drinks (juice, water, beer!) in fridge. The hotel restaurant has amazing food! There is a roof top bar with great drinks and great views! I really can’t think of a single thing that went wrong — everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Morelia.
