My family and I absolutely enjoyed this hotel! The staff were eager to assist us with any questions, booking trips n more! We can’t wait to return to BEAUTIFUL MORELIA and stay at Herencia Hotel again! Thank you!

Super clean. Wonderful showers. Wonderful staff and a lovely restaurant— a great place to have coffee, breakfast, or lunch. Quite a bit of street noise in the room. The junior suites’ staircase to the sleeping area is really only appropriate for the able-bodied and is not a good choice for those with young children or anyone who needs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.
