The staff was excellent! We arrived very early they did open the front door for us, made us feel safe. We traveled with a group, they did have one room available so we waited in my room. The room was nice however the bathroom is not very well designed. The shower water pours out to the toilet a lot.! Also they are struck on no stains on anything or they’ll charge you, and with kids that’s very stressful. We stayed one week and the complementary breakfast was the same very day.

Hotel is in the perfect location, walking distance to el centro. The service was phenomenal, especially the father-son duo of Eddie & Angel ! They went above and beyond to make our family visit wonderful!
