Camino Real Polanco Mexico

The experience was absolutely amazing. Camino Real Polanco is a great option to stay if you are going with family, business trip. I will definitely be back.

Great hotel for our family. Excellent location.

The services were excellent! We loved the VIP delicious breakfast on the 5th floor!! Our room was large and accommodating. If I were to suggest anything it would be a possible upgrade to the junior suite…it looked a bit tired and needed more lighting. Otherwise I would go there again.

This Hotel is a piece of art! The gardens are beautiful, the restaurants and even the hallways are amazing. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, the bathroom perfectly clean. The location is very good as well, near shops, restaurants, parks and close to Downtown. The staff was great, they gave us an upgrade on the room and free parking. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

The hotel is in a nice location and looks very nice. However I booked a master suite but I was given a junior suite. The hotel employee was hesitant to switch my room only after I a complain with the shift manage he told me all the master suites were taken and they will do the switch the following day. If I book the room in advance thru expedia how come is taken. Worst part is that they want me to believe the Junior suite was the master suite, only after I showed them the expedia pictures to the manager he agreed to seitch rooms the next day. Also, I booked a second room with two full size beds. The shower know was all lose and broken in this room. I would expect better quality assurance in this place for that price. Finally the expedia total for the booking was around $1550 for the five nights. However, the hotel charged me $1620 after all the mess they did.

A safe place for family environment, staff very atrentive, near to shops and convenient stores. A safe area to walk at midnight for a craving. Excellent hotel, going back my next trip to Mexico city.
