One Guadalajara Periferico Norte

Ladies in the kitchen and security Omar were very nice and helpful. Front desk staff some were nice and others rude. Cleaning staff kept rooms clean but definitely need new bed sheets. Mine were old ripped and stained badly! Pillow cases looked like they had urine stains on them. Also only one trash can in the restroom none in the room very inconvenient to be having to go into the restroom to throw something out. Also there is enough room for a mini fridge which is definitely needed it was super hot the days I stayed over and had to be coming down for ice to keep our water somewhat cold because the ice buckets are super small. Also the TV most of the time wasn’t working because it had no signal. The food is ok for being complementary but it would be nice to have more options. There is only 3 main dishes which one is always eggs the other is beans the third one is the one that changes. The only reason we keep coming back to this hotel is because it’s very close to the family members we come to visit. Also because of some of the friendly staff 🙏

4 months ago, this place was great. Sometime during that time, someone in management made the decision to start charging for a number of the previously free breakfast items. Waffles ( a food item that costs pennies to make) now cost 50 pesos for 2? Wow guys, colour me insulted. The halls are now filled with people hollering and yelling or childern playing at 3 AM. What happened?
